Day 61-62-63: Did I indulge???
Ok end of another week. Things are going ok. It seems like I am more and more tested in the everyday life and somehow I seem to go through the tests "easily". I had a dinner yesterday and had to change my dinner plans as we had salmon and veggies. It seems reasonable but did I indulge?? Tell me I did not! My belly is a bit heavier though this morning!
I loved the day 62 email. So accurate!! Some people do have interest in the PCP though and it feels good when you have an audience.
I am off to Tokyo, took all my gears and we'll see how that goes. Thats's the good news of the week so Tokyo here I come. I will have to do the tough Friday exercises from there tomorrow but let's enjoy today first!

Day 59-60: Did you say Happy Monday???!!!
Jeez some days it can really be tough. Very often early in the week,... ... I feel like I am PCP all over the day: cooking grocery shopping exercising preparing lunch preparing this that blablablabla

Day 56-57-58: RAS!
Again nothing much to report, just to keep in touch. It's good to have a bit more food although I hope the trend of the body change will continue in the same way but I guess it will. Exercises are tough on Fridays, our first week day. Other than that nothing special! Almost two third!

Day 53-54-55: Veggie Freak!
Hola, nothing much to report except that I am eating close to 5kg of veggies at lunch and that I am keeping the workouts for the evenings this week,... it's good to get rid of daytime tension! Other than that all ok. We'll see if too much veggies kill the veggies.

Day 51-52: Oh yeah!
All righty,... Indulgence did you say? Ok just for your guide, I am a veery indulgent person and I expect the food to be as much indulgent to me as I am to errrr to people I guess.
So anyway, please take a quick look at my indulgence, which is actually split into a few steps:

Ok now does it look THAT terrible?
Actually not that much. It was for yesterday's lunch and the first two meals were appetizers with mainly veggies. I had then maybe 3/4 of the meet which was great and did not want to have it all cause I wanted to keep some room for the desert. And oh yeah that was good. I probably had something like half of it and it's so nice to savor the taste of good food, sweet or savory. Basically I really enjoyed that one: I don't feel like I've had too much (you might then tell me, "what the hell is too much for you??!!") but I am telling you it was not that bad. It just felt good to order without thinking "Oh I cannot have this, oh this has too much salt, oh this has too much carbs". It felt good because it was delicious and in control. I am back to my routine now and I am happy as well. I still love my veggies.

Day 50: Mathematics!

Day 49: Egg egg egg and egg!
Ok have all the veggies for the week, or at least a few days! It was a chef's night ! Good to have a rest from the workouts. Tomorrow is a new week and it looks like a tough exercising week. How many eggs will we be eating by the end of the program??? I am going to turn into one!

Day 47: Abs Problematic!
Weird,... I must say, abs are the part that changed the fastest on my body. They are also the exercises I somehow prefer to do. But for the past few days, they are also the toughest workouts for me. The 4x25 sit ups are really a pain, without mentioning the kung fu stuffs, which I cannot do with straight legs btw. And I need to get some help with my hands behind the knees to get the sit ups done!
I also changed my sit up technique and I am not sure I am having it right. My lower back is not on the ground and I don't go all the way up. I am like an oblique board going 45 degrees up and back down. Basically the abs never rest in one set and after 10 abs I am shaky! WTH!!
Also, I know it's not about weight and that my body is still changing, but I don't want to get on the scale in 2 days,... dreading the results,... weird.

Day 46: at the PEAK!!
Done! Done! After half way, am already at the peak. Check this out!! After only 45 days, how great it looks to be there!!
That's yesterday's view from Victoria Peak in Hong Kong,... thought going there would help me to complete the second half of the project.
Well maybe it will help, just not today. After 45 days, I think it was my worst PCP day diet wise. I mean, I had all the meals ok but bought yesterday (at the peak,...) this little (I call it little) pack of Kuro Goma Candies just because I am nostalgic of japanese tastes. And I had one candy yesterday, the other 8 or 10 today,... ...
I always need to chew something. I finish a pack of gums everyday and today I had no gums and took a revenge on the candies,... CRAP!
Seriously these last 10 days are soooooo frustrating for some reason. Not that I am hungry, not that I have cravings, I guess I am just a bit anxious or frustrated. Please make these feelings vanish. I even ended up biting my nails! ARRRRRRGGGGGHHHHHHHHHH

Day 45: Half way !
Half way,... I always find that the first half is the toughest (same for workouts, same for skipping, so same for the the PCP! ).
The workouts take really close to one hour now. And it's funny because when I start early morning I always think that I'll do the skipping and will save the rest for later. The skipping actually warms up the body and once am done skipping I feel like I can do the whole thing at once. Which I did this week end,... which takes an hour,... which gets tougher and is not really easy anymore :) Still as much as possible I want to get it done first thing in the morning.
The most painful is still the floor jumps to me but it goes by fast. Another funny thing is that my body is slightly sore. It was not at the beginning and we keep on repeating the same exercises so I am quite surprised that my muscles are in pain but the fact is that they are.
Anyway, all is pretty good. I am really happy that we are half way through. So far the results have been quite satisfying. Except maybe for the past week, I was a bit disappointed. So it's good that we've done half. It keeps the motivation going by feeling that we are on the way to achieving something.

Day 41-44: Back and tired!!
Okey "gang" (clearly listening to the 8min abs video too much!) back on the blog after a few days. I kept on training but last week was tough tough with parents being in town and work being pretty demanding. I know I said that last week and I hope I won't be saying it every single week but it's clearly the toughest pcp time for me so far. Not only exercises are getting tough but they are taking longer to get done so it means waking up earlier etc etc. So I am clearly tired but anyway all in, everything seems fine.
I seem to have worked on my muscles this week again although weight wise for the first time I am stable ever since I started. Ah I also realized that the yogurt I was buying for the past months had sugar in it,... might explain :)

Day 39-40:
How nice really to jump with the light rope! It's sooo much faster to get the 1450 jumps done!
Other than that legs still hurt, I guess it's a pretty good thing.
The only thing is that I have the feeling that I am eating quite a lot so not sure that the weight loss will be really efficient this week although muscles are clearly growing. We'll see. I don't want to stand on a scale every day so I am trying to keep it to once a week for now.
That's it.
Oh yeah the couscous thing: I had already found the trick and yes it makes a difference. Veggies wise, same trick is salad. It is soooo light that you can eat LOT of it. If you like it, it's good, and I DO :) Precision, when Patrick said "good news, COUSCOUS" , I thought we could eat a whole couscous,... ..

Day 37-38: new rope yeii but legs hurt bouuu!

It seems that I finally got to do them right as my legs have been hurting for the past two days! And I still have the floor jumps to do today,...
I was in Macau for the week end. It was a bit more tricky food wise and had to invert the lunch and dinner proteins. I had meet for dinner and the egg white milk shake at lunch yesterday. Had the veggies at dinner as well instead of the late snack but quantity wise I think i respected it all. Clearly when you are not at home it's harder to get organized but somehow managed to keep the diet compliant. Today's is the same: breaky was ok, no fruit for snack. Lunch I had the carbs and veggies and will have the protein in the afternoon. Weird but at the same time it brings a bit of change of pace and it's cool.
It seems I was really tired in the last couple of days and enjoyedca 10 hours sleep yesterday. I really have to split the workout and the rope nowadays as I was too tired in the morning. But exercising in the evening feels good too. So now I am doing the rope and the 8 min abs when I wake up and the rest later on in the day. As I have less stress timing wise to get the workouts done I probably do them better as well. Last point, I finally changed the rope to a light one and goooooddd that helps. I can now do easy a few hundred jumps in a row without the arms screaming to hell! I look like a little rabbit jumping proudly! Hihi!
I think I pinched a nerve in my neck by doing my 8 min arbs this morning so will be careful!

Day 36: Always hated cycling!
And still don't like it,... bicycle abs,... WTH???? 30 sec of bicycle abs are by far longer than 40 sec of plank abs. Anyway,...
Other than that, it seems to me that we are eating more; is it just me?
Nothing else to say. For the first time today I split the workout as today was just too tough in the morning. And actually I quite like doing the workouts in the evening.

Day 34-35: Where are my viscera??
First things first: end of week 5! How good is that. Very good I am telling you. When I look at week 6 workouts, I am kind of excited and also dreading a bitt the workouts,... anyhow we'll see.
Oh, Patrick's email about fat. Ok one question here. Can my viscera, or at least my visceral fat be in my butt?? Cause it seems to me that it's easier to lose weight around the belly than lower down... Is it just me? I think I need to give my body to science just to check and make sure! And also it would explain why the hell when I am doing the V-sits I am rolling on my butt instead of being steady on it! Come one FAT, get out of here!
What else to say,... not much. Bit tired, like Patrick said in the video, it's not the easiest PCP time. But oh well, well get through it.

Day 32: Brunette Sleeping Beauty !

Result -> I went to bed at 20h45 yesterday night. 20h45!!! Seriously, I am already an early sleeper but 20h45!! Friends of mine have kids and they go to bed after me. It's sooo unfair. And it makes me think that it is now 20h40 which gives me 5 min to finish this post!
Other comment: 8 min thing. Ok so did them yesterday night, just did them,... I figured I'd do them every evening before going to bed -> for those who didn't follow it means every evening at 20h37. Well, guess what: THEY HURT! You know, I used to think (still do) that bed time is the best time of the day; all you have left to do is sleeping. Well now, after those 8 min of hell, it's even better!!
Hey 20h42, 3 min left, got to hurry! "See ya in 24 hours".
Ah Patrick one question for you: do you have the same leggin as the guy in the video? hihihi
