Weird,... I must say, abs are the part that changed the fastest on my body. They are also the exercises I somehow prefer to do. But for the past few days, they are also the toughest workouts for me. The 4x25 sit ups are really a pain, without mentioning the kung fu stuffs, which I cannot do with straight legs btw. And I need to get some help with my hands behind the knees to get the sit ups done!
I also changed my sit up technique and I am not sure I am having it right. My lower back is not on the ground and I don't go all the way up. I am like an oblique board going 45 degrees up and back down. Basically the abs never rest in one set and after 10 abs I am shaky! WTH!!
Also, I know it's not about weight and that my body is still changing, but I don't want to get on the scale in 2 days,... dreading the results,... weird.
