Okey "gang" (clearly listening to the 8min abs video too much!) back on the blog after a few days. I kept on training but last week was tough tough with parents being in town and work being pretty demanding. I know I said that last week and I hope I won't be saying it every single week but it's clearly the toughest pcp time for me so far. Not only exercises are getting tough but they are taking longer to get done so it means waking up earlier etc etc. So I am clearly tired but anyway all in, everything seems fine.
I seem to have worked on my muscles this week again although weight wise for the first time I am stable ever since I started. Ah I also realized that the yogurt I was buying for the past months had sugar in it,... might explain :)
I prefer the skipping by minutes much more than counting. And somehow I quite enjoy the workouts. The legs part is still the toughest for me!
We have almost done half "gang", hope the best is to come!
