Day 45: Half way !

Half way,... I always find that the first half is the toughest (same for workouts, same for skipping, so same for the the PCP! ).


The workouts take really close to one hour now. And it's funny because when I start early morning I always think that I'll do the skipping and will save the rest for later. The skipping actually warms up the body and once am done skipping I feel like I can do the whole thing at once. Which I did this week end,... which takes an hour,... which gets tougher and is not really easy anymore :) Still as much as possible I want to get it done first thing in the morning.


The most painful is still the floor jumps to me but it goes by fast. Another funny thing is that my body is slightly sore. It was not at the beginning and we keep on repeating the same exercises so I am quite surprised that my muscles are in pain but the fact is that they are.


Anyway, all is pretty good. I am really happy that we are half way through. So far the results have been quite satisfying. Except maybe for the past week, I was a bit disappointed. So it's good that we've done half. It keeps the motivation going by feeling that we are on the way to achieving something.


Just another 45 days left!
