First things first: end of week 5! How good is that. Very good I am telling you. When I look at week 6 workouts, I am kind of excited and also dreading a bitt the workouts,... anyhow we'll see.
Oh, Patrick's email about fat. Ok one question here. Can my viscera, or at least my visceral fat be in my butt?? Cause it seems to me that it's easier to lose weight around the belly than lower down... Is it just me? I think I need to give my body to science just to check and make sure! And also it would explain why the hell when I am doing the V-sits I am rolling on my butt instead of being steady on it! Come one FAT, get out of here!
What else to say,... not much. Bit tired, like Patrick said in the video, it's not the easiest PCP time. But oh well, well get through it.
