Day 37-38: new rope yeii but legs hurt bouuu!

It seems that I finally got to do them right as my legs have been hurting for the past two days! And I still have the floor jumps to do today,...

I was in Macau for the week end. It was a bit more tricky food wise and had to invert the lunch and dinner proteins. I had meet for dinner and the egg white milk shake at lunch yesterday. Had the veggies at dinner as well instead of the late snack but quantity wise I think i respected it all. Clearly when you are not at home it's harder to get organized but somehow managed to keep the diet compliant. Today's is the same: breaky was ok, no fruit for snack. Lunch I had the carbs and veggies and will have the protein in the afternoon. Weird but at the same time it brings a bit of change of pace and it's cool.

It seems I was really tired in the last couple of days and enjoyedca 10 hours sleep yesterday. I really have to split the workout and the rope nowadays as I was too tired in the morning. But exercising in the evening feels good too. So now I am doing the rope and the 8 min abs when I wake up and the rest later on in the day. As I have less stress timing wise to get the workouts done I probably do them better as well. Last point, I finally changed the rope to a light one and goooooddd that helps. I can now do easy a few hundred jumps in a row without the arms screaming to hell! I look like a little rabbit jumping proudly! Hihi!

I think I pinched a nerve in my neck by doing my 8 min arbs this morning so will be careful!

So far it seems that the last few days are the toughest for me exercising wise. I was tired really and last week was tough to manage. But anyway new week now so let's get going!

  1. I think I was using a little too much of my neck too when doing 8 min abs and the side crunch despite the dude's constant reminder to not yank the neck. Will try to watch out for that next time...
