Day 39-40:

How nice really to jump with the light rope! It's sooo much faster to get the 1450 jumps done!


Other than that legs still hurt, I guess it's a pretty good thing.


The only thing is that I have the feeling that I am eating quite a lot so not sure that the weight loss will be really efficient this week although muscles are clearly growing. We'll see. I don't want to stand on a scale every day so I am trying to keep it to once a week for now.


That's it.


Oh yeah the couscous thing: I had already found the trick and yes it makes a difference. Veggies wise, same trick is salad. It is soooo light that you can eat  LOT of it. If you like it, it's good, and I DO :) Precision, when Patrick said "good news, COUSCOUS" , I thought we could eat a whole couscous,... ..

  1. Yeah salad is good. It just unfortunately has a stigma of "what people eat only when they are on diet" to me so I try not to eat it all the time...
